Compliance at Solden Hill House

We take our responsibilities to both residents, staff, and visitors very seriously; below you will find details of our compliance procedures along with links to any accompanying documents

It is the job of the CQC to monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety and publish what they find, including performance ratings to help people choose care.

VoiceAbility is an organisation who work with people who are vulnerable or marginalised and enable them to have their voice heard and their rights respected.

Solden Hill House’s approach to visitors is one of openness and welcome. We encourage visitors to come at any time, providing the visit does not interfere with the care of the service users. Admission to the buildings remains at the discretion of Solden hill House Ltd. Permission will only be refused if a visit is not in the best interests of a service user.
